 Personal mission

As an advocate for students, my personal counseling mission is to facilitate each student’s personal/social, academic, and career-related development through the innovative delivery of developmentally-appropriate guidance activities and counseling services.  Through a collaborative effort between home, school, and community, I will endeavor to develop, manage, and evaluate a standards-based counseling program to enhance academic competencies, promote the development of healthy decision-making skills, strengthen unique capabilities, and advocate for equity in access and opportunities for all students.
